If you have a microwave, get ready to make a tuna spinach quiche. This recipe uses pre-made tart cups, pour the spinach tuna white sauce mixture into them. And top with an egg for a beautiful presentation.

Ingredients for Tuna Spinach Quiche

  • 1+1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Fresh milk (or whipping cream) 100 grams
  • 1 tablespoon powdered Parmesan cheese (or salt) (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (if you don’t use Parmesan cheese, increase the amount of salt)
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 200 grams fresh spinach (or 8 cubes frozen spinach, thawed, squeezed out water, then chopped to prevent it from sticking together in long strands when bitten)
  • 1 can tuna in mineral water (meat only)
  • 4 eggs, beaten until slightly cracked
  • 50 pieces of ready-made salted tart cups
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (or cheddar cheese)สมัคร ufabet  

How to make tuna spinach quiche?

     1. Put all-purpose flour, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper in a container with a lid and shake gently to mix the ingredients (or put it in a cup and stir with a spoon). Then pour it into a microwave-safe
     container. 2. Add butter and microwave at 800 watts for about 3 minutes.
     3. Remove the white sauce mixture from the microwave and stir until melted. Add the spinach and tuna (use only tuna). Microwave for about 4 minutes. Remove and stir to combine. Set aside.
     4. Pour the spinach, tuna and white sauce mixture into tart cups. Then pour in the eggs and mozzarella cheese.
     5. Microwave for about 3 minutes (if you are going to bake, bake at 250 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes. The quiche will turn out prettier in the oven than in the microwave).
